Daren founded Aren Properties with a simple belief: property management should be built on clear communication, modern technology, and personal partnership. His approach is rooted over 15 years of experience across the construction and real estate industries, where he learned on-the-ground how buildings work. Having managed a career portfolio of more than 1,300 units, including direct oversight of a 600+ unit multi-family rental portfolio, Daren brings a level of mastery to the complexities of real estate operations and asset management.
Daren's commitment to the community goes deeper than property. He served nine years in law enforcement, solidifying his values of integrity, accountability and partnership. Daren is an active volunteer within the local community, supporting his parish, regularly cooking at a local kitchen, and providing property oversight for a home for the disadvantaged.
When he's not focused on managing properties for his clients, you'll find Daren filling his passion for learning and exploration. He might be hiking our beautiful local mountains, gardening in his yard, reading a book, or riding a motorcycle somewhere in Asia.
